Ingredients
- 1 (13.5 oz) can coconut milk
- 1⁄4 tsp mint extract*
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh baby spinach
- 1⁄4 cup fresh mint
- 2 Tbsp agave nectar
Equipment
- High-Speed Blender
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until mixture is smooth.
- Divide between 3 glasses and serve.
Notes
- *If you prefer a more minty flavor, use 1⁄2 teaspoon of mint extract.
- If desired, chill the shake for 90 minutes before enjoying.
