Our Organic Brown Flaxseeds are tiny powerhouses packed full of nutrients and essential fatty acids. With a mild, slightly nutty flavor, these seeds can be eaten whole or ground, and are wonderful in baked goods, smoothies and more.

While whole flaxseeds are full of nutrients, they are very hard for the body to break down: ground flaxseed is much more readily absorbed. Fortunately, making ground flax is easy: just use your home mill, a spice grinder or a high-speed blender. You can even sprout our brown flaxseeds!
