Peach & Honey Apple Bar Maple Pecan, 8 Bars

This soft aromatic bar encapsulates the sublime flavors of fall baking… two kinds of apples are used here, an apple compote in the batter and dried Fujis for the topping. The apple cinnamon cake batter is glazed with maple syrup (from Michigan’s own Okemos based Sugar Bush Supplies), sprinkled with apple juice infused dried apples and finally topped with a decadent maple pecan streusel.
