Learn the benefits of Mindfulness and how mindfulness changes the brain. Saturday, March 19th at 1:00 pm in Novi.

A FREE seminar at the Novi Better Health Market on Saturday, March 19th.

 

During this short session, you will learn:
• what mindfulness is and what it isn’t.
• the benefi ts of mindfulness.
• how mindfulness changes the brain.
We will also practice a mindfulness exercise, have a brief Q&A,
and discuss the Next Steps for those that want to learn more.

 

Brenda LindsayBrenda Lindsay is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher trained from Brown University and a Certified Meditation Instructor with AIHCP. Brenda also obtained a graduate certifi cate in Integrative Holistic Health and Wellness from Western Michigan University. Brenda has been
practicing mindfulness since 2013 and it has been transformative in her personal and professional life. Her passion is to share with others how mindfulness can help us live our lives more fully. Brenda served in
several executive positions at the Michigan Department of Treasury prior to transitioning to the wellness field.
